Tarkington Elementary School is seeking support for a fleet of 25 bikes, helmets, kickstands and curriculum.
Tarkington Elementary School understands some students thrive with typical team sports, while others need more unique challenges to get them motivated. To accomplish this goal I have taught golf, gymnastics, ninja warrior courses, karate, zumba and many more. This All Kids Bike program would not only bring another unique activity to the gym, but it would allow me to share a personal passion on mine and teach and important life skill. I raced bicycles in college and while my racing days are over, a perfect day still starts with a family bike ride through the city. I am proud that my 3 year old has learned to ride a two-wheeler already and seeing the smile on his face made me as happy as it did him. I would relish the opportunity to be part of my students riding journey and see that same joy on their faces. - Michael Choinacky, PE Teacher
