ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC SCHOOL
RAPID CITY, SD
St. John the Baptist Catholic School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 26 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20 Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.

Teacher, Michelle Majdali, is excited to see kids rolling in the classroom soon.  Michelle says: I think this program will enrich our students. Getting outside for exercise is so important, not just for them physically, but mentally and emotionally. Riding a bike is a crucial part of childhood, one that is sadly becoming less prominent. When I spoke to some of the teachers that this program would affect, they were so excited at the prospect of their students learning to ride a two wheeled bike. I hope that this program will not only help the kindergarteners, but also their families- to encourage them to get out and go on bike adventures together."

All Kids Bike┬« is a national movement led by the Strider┬« Education Foundation, Inc. to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations. All Kids Bike is on a mission to teach every child in America how to ride a bike in kindergarten PE class.
