Rawhide Elementary School is seeking support for a fleet of 25 bikes, helmets, kickstands and curriculum.
Rawhide Elementary School is a professional learning community committed to high expectations for ALL, centered on data-driven practices that impact the students' growth while fostering lifelong learning, perseverance and resilience. The Kindergarten PE Program will be used to practice and improve gross motor skills in our youngest learners. The bikes will be used to strengthen muscles, improve balance, and improve other motor skills that will ultimately carry-over to the classroom and other areas of learning. Improved core strength and balance will help with stamina and endurance in classroom activities, especially in writing and related activities. - Jessica Klemm, Junior Kindergarten Teacher
