Jordan Public Schools are seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 30 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20 Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.
PE Teacher, Brian Bills, is excited to see kids rolling in the classroom soon. Briansays:" We at Jordan Schools are a rural-remote community with not a lot of outside activities. There are many K-3rd graders and older that do not know how to ride a bike. I would like to help the younger kids learn to ride and then offer the middle school and high schoolers a biking class for PE and Health. It is great to have a biking course and the community would help map that throughout the county. It would be an exciting task for all students at our school. It would really make a difference in our community and in our school."
All Kids Bike® is a national movement led by the Strider® Education Foundation, Inc. to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations. All Kids Bike is on a mission to teach every child in America how to ride a bike in kindergarten PE class.
