Hurricane Town Elementary School is seeking support for a fleet of 18 bikes, helmets, kickstands and curriculum.
Over my seven years of teaching physical education in three elementary schools I have recognized that many students struggle with riding a bike. Our goal at Hurricane Town Elementary is to provide students with opportunities to improve the skills needed to successfully ride a bike. We believe that riding a bike is something that children should learn at a young age and continue doing throughout their life. All donations will be used during student’s physical education class. We look forward to developing activities that will allow students to enjoy the pleasures that come along with riding a bike. - Justin Brooks, PE Teacher
