Guardian Angels Catholic School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 24 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20 Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.
PE Teacher, Heather Kuhlman, is excited to see kids rolling in the classroom soon. Heather says,"During this pandemic, I have found many academic groups online that have helped me navigate this years’ teaching challenges…both online and in the classroom. It has been one of the blessings over this past year. I am always looking for ideas! Last week, I was super excited when one of the physical education teachers posted something about your program. I immediately checked out your website and looked into it. I loved what I saw and hope that we can receive one of your bike fleets! I am so excited to go through your training and implement what I learn into our school! I would love to start with our Kindergarten students – and if possible, also teach it to our first graders as well. I would like to incorporate a time when our parents could come in and watch their child ride and glide – and create a video that showcases their children’s progress through the unit.
Thank you for starting this program and for making a difference in so many children’s lives through it. I am so excited about it!"
