Concord East Side Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 28 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20 Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.

PE Teacher, Emily Jenkinson, is excited to see kids rolling in the classroom soon. Emily says: " We are coming out of a pandemic where students are more behind than ever with their academics, motor and social skills. By allowing students the opportunity to have access to school bikes, this not only develops gross motor skills, but feeds into their experiences and social skills. Many students need experiences to be able to write in school and this will allow all students starting in kindergarten the opportunity at the age of 5 years old to ride a bike, learn about bike safety, and enjoy riding a bike with their friends/classmates."

All Kids Bike┬« is a national movement led by the Strider┬« Education Foundation, Inc. to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations. All Kids Bike is on a mission to teach every child in America how to ride a bike in kindergarten PE class.
