BANGOR CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS
BANGOR, ME
Bangor Christian School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 24 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20 Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.

PE Teacher, Merideth McDonald, is excited to see kids rolling in the classroom soon. Merideth says: The benefits of the All Kids Ride program for Bangor Christian Schools would be endless. The enrichment which comes through learning to ride a bike provides unmatched whole body physicality, mental health benefits and stimulation and confidence development. With the All Kids Bike curriculum, Bangor Christian Schools would have the opportunity to profoundly impact these children now and through a lifetime with the skills acquired through this program. These physical, mental and emotional skills equip these children to be better students, peers, friends, citizens and therefore contributing to expansive, positive social change. Bangor Christian Schools is honored for this opportunity and looks forward to all the ways it will enrich our students, families, the school, their communities and beyond."

All Kids Bike┬« is a national movement led by the Strider┬« Education Foundation, Inc. to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations.
