What is All Kids Bike®?
All Kids Bike is a nationwide movement of the Strider Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that rallies parents, educators, community leaders, health officials, and generous donors to place Kindergarten PE Programs into public schools for free.

What is the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Program?
The Kindergarten PE Program equips schools with everything teachers need to teach children how to ride bikes including teacher training and certification, a structured 8-lesson curriculum, a fleet of 22 Strider® 14x Balance Bikes, 22 Pedal Conversion Kits, 22 fully-adjustable helmets, and a five-year support plan.

How much is the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Program?
A $4,000 donation provides a complete Kindergarten PE Program to a school and teaches every kindergartner, for the next five years, how to ride a bike. The program is offered at zero costs to schools, made possible by generous donors. The Kindergarten PE Program is valued at more than double the donation amount, meaning every dollar is stretched to make more than double the impact.

How can I participate?
It’s simple! Register, share that “you’re going the extra distance for all kids’ health,” and get ACTIVE. You can walk, run, ride a bike, hike, swim, or another activity of choice. The key is to get ACTIVE.

I don’t live in the US, can I still participate in the All Kids Bike 7k Event?
Anyone can participate in the All Kids Bike 7k Event and go the extra distance for kids’ health! However, we can only ship swag within the 48 contiguous states.

Did you ask your pet? But seriously, this all depends upon where you’re planning to complete your activity. Please look up the restrictions within your city or chosen location.

How much of my registration is going to charity?
Handlebar Hustle Event(s) are run by All Kids Bike. Remember, All Kids Bike is a national movement by the nonprofit organization, Strider Education Foundation. All of the registration fees, less the cost of your sweet swag, goes toward teaching kids to ride in kindergarten PE class or about $15 per registration. Keep in mind every $10 teaches one kid to ride -- how cool is that?!

Is my registration fee tax-deductible?

The binge addiction is real; I haven’t been able to turn off Netflix! Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds. Especially on the hours you spent watching the latest binge-worthy show. Your registration is helping kids get active, now dust the crumbs off your chest, lace up your shoes, and get active – you’ll feel better, promise! Be sure to read the liability waiver.

Can I host my own All Kids Bike 7k Event?
Schools will soon have an opportunity to bring the All Kids Bike 7k Event Hustle to their school as a way to fast-track the Kindergarten PE Program to their school. Additional information will be sent to schools on the waitlist.

How can I get more involved?
Tell your friends. Tell your family. Make it a challenge to see how many people you can bring along on your adventure. Muahahaha! Virtually anything is possible now, isn’t it?

Do I have to complete the distance all at once?
No! How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. The beauty of the virtual event is that you can choose any of the distance options and use the entirety of the event window to complete, maybe even go beyond!

How do I submit my results?
Garnering a little recognition for ACTUALLY turning off Netflix or using this time to publicly pat yourself on the back for beating your personal time will never happen unless you share it, right? Also – pics or it didn’t happen!
Post a photo of you or your freshly timed adventure – or both – on social at @allkidsbike using #allkidsbike7k #goingtheextradistance #forallkidshealth
